In this visual novel, you play out the lives of Claire and John, a couple who have been together since high school. You live a casual life where you feel happy, but only out of convenience of your current situation. Things change as you both encounter new found friends throughout the city, and you both begin to wonder if you’re together for the right reasons, or if the search for something greater still exists.
Warning: This game has OPTIONAL sharing and future NTR content. It can be disabled immediately. It is a separate path altogether, and the non sharing route/romance route receives equal love and content from me.
You're dating Claire, the main female lead. While things have been great for a while, money is beginning to run dry and it's time to find a job. As your search begins, you slowly learn there are many more fish in the sea.
At home with the two of you is Zoey, Claire's sister. Claire is kind enough with your permission to let Zoey live with the two of you. However, this has lead to many challenges, and... opportunities.
There are currently 3 chapters of BILH released so far.
Chapter 3 officially contains over 1,000 renders.
I am a one man team and shoot to add at least 250 renders per release from now on and am shooting to release every other month, shortly followed up with monthly updates if my income can allow it.

I’m confused, can you explain? :) only supporters and purchasers have the most recent content, and will also have the only bonus content such as the gallery and an unlock all function available to them. I’ll usually release the previous chapter public on patreon so that people can play and decide if they want to buy the most recent version :) like a demo
Because I don't see how the Itch system allows purchasers to be treated differently from people who don't buy.
I post the latest update to itch with all the newest content, and those who haven't bought it don't get it. It's a simple system, I don't give out the latest content for free, if you see it anywhere else other than here or patreon, it is piracy.

Awww, it's the steam version which means somewhat censored. I don't usually get games from steam. I'll wait for episode 1 to come out for free hopefully not on steam. lol.

I played through chapter 2 kind of short but I've seen shorter and what I played was pretty good.

Time for a half developed love route release with zero effort and 2 weeks time put into it, meanwhile youve been working on the NTR one for months
By update 3 Claire is already doing a split on BBC. Do NOT play this game for romance. It happening that quick shows she was already thinking about it, and that there was no love in that relationship. Also the creator only plays NTR games, so it shows where the real focus is
I guess you may need to change the type of downloads so that they can be available in the itch app.
Put NTR as a tag that's all I'll say.

How often do you release content? I have already finished the current available game but game is very small so far
currently finishing up chapter 4 right now and have about 10 more days of work I’d say, maybe a bit more. This chapter is the largest and will contain a lot of content with branching paths and it’s my first time animating over 10 scenes (let alone over 3) so it’ll be a lot

Wow this dev is a shitty scammer. On the bundle he conveniently leaves out all talk about how NTR is the primary part of this game, and even fails to mention it at all. Yet they talk about harem which is nonexistent in comparison. Refund the 1k you scammed
I didn't conveniently leave out anything. It's meant to be a quick general synopsis and I followed quick guidelines. If you click on my game, you'll see it's literally just copy pasted from my games page. I did not create the bundle, I participated. Do you not check out any of the games pages before making a purchase? It's also not even the primary focus lol. I don't know, usually when I make a purchase, it's an informed purchase where I check out each games page/ an items features/ and so on.
Actually I don't know why I've even responded to you without doing MY OWN research first. Clicking your profile shows about 90% of your posts are hateful, unconstructive, useless comments on devs that are going to fail because they have NTR or cuckolding. I should have practiced what I preach...
Yet you literally left out the entire bold "This is a NTR game section." Plus its not a NTR game yet most of the changelog is just NTR and you wait to do the love portion at the very end and rush it as much as you can. Its just a NTR game, even look at the comments on here lol
Yes most people who feel the same way you do will have very similar things to say. I’ve already delayed the next release once because I am not rushing the love portion :) you do not have to like that avoidable ntr exists on one path (which is mostly sharing and swinging anyways with only one real ntr scene coming) however I am still going to put a lot of heart and soul into the love path because it’s my game and at the end of the day I want it’s to be well rounded and never rushed. I’m currently working on the game full time by myself so I’m doing all I can to improve all aspects. Take care.

Chapter 4 will be added free of charge and the game will be updated to include it :) I’m still figuring out how I will go about the next chapters, but that will depend on the steam release when I release chapter 4.
That sounds good. I don't mind supporting, but if there is a cost for every update, I might as well be a patron, and I am not quite ready for that yet. I am glad there is no femboy or other stuff in your game by the way. Beautiful renders and interesting story so far. I will get to it soon
I would not be charging on a per update basis on either itch.io or steam, the plan would be to release chapters 5-8 together as well and then 9-12 eventually together. It would be early access when chapter 5 releases and so when that is purchased it would include 6,7, and 8 in the purchase price. I hope that clears it up!
So purchasing this current update only potentially guarantees you one additional chapter, but then when chapter 5 is released, buying in then would set a person up for what you anticipate will be the full game? This really puts a damper on buying the current update, especially with the update frequency being a bit long. I understand everyone has to work and this is a free time venture.
i completely understand! I actually only work on the game full time now and am currently shooting for monthly updates, with chapter four already in its rendering stages. I did used to work full time but have quit to focus on game development as my passion and am trying to learn and improve so I will see what works and doesn’t work but I do understand what you mean.
Could you give us the length of this next chapter? I bought a AVN DLC on Steam for $7, and it was 8 minutes long! Steam tells you how long you've played, which is why I know it was
8 minutes, of course, I got a refund! I would hope there is at least an hour or two. And why does the file say "Steam" when the game's not on that platform?
hey good to see you again! It says steam because it is the file I submitted to the steam platform for review, however they haven’t accepted it until my next one is done then I’ll be posting it up as volume 1 for 5 dollars as well :)
All in all the game went from a bit over 500 renders to over 1,000 now, it also is two separate paths , the love and the lust route. I’m uncertain as to which path you’re on, but if it’s a singular one, then from start to finish I’d say you can finish it in maybe 45 minutes to an hour if you read everything, and see the content with Zoey. If you’re on both paths and want to see more then I’d say it could take an hour to see everything?
If you’re only playing the update from the end of chapter 2, then maybe 20 minutes or so if you’re only on one path. This is why I’m pricing it at 5 bucks, and this price will also include the next chapter as well :)
When all is said and done each path should take an hour to complete if you’re not viewing all content, could be longer or shorter depending on what you view!
Please let me know how long it takes you to complete if you decide to play it :)

yes if you check out my most recent posts on Patreon as well as the store page I write that steam requires all comparable sites like itch.Io to be priced the same if I want to launch on steam, so the public release of chapter 2 was available to everyone whereas now to follow their standards it must remain the same price, even though they’ve still declined my current build so far they’ve been very clear on the expectations sadly this is what I need to do. I appreciate you taking the time to play.

So that could be 9 months for chapter 3 to be finished, and then another 6+ months to come to itch. So maybe 18 months.... I won't hold my breath!

This looks interesting. Any chance of a Linux version? If it's Renpy, that's apparently easy enough (I'm no dev, but lots and lots of VNs with Windows and Linux in the same download).
As far as I know, the windows version should already be capable of running on Linux! When I build the distributions, it is already checked off, as like you said renpy does this for us.

are you thinking of putting it on steam an the future like many others or staying low key sticking with patreon itch only
I would love to be on steam. I have used all licensed music and such. Only issue with being on steam is i feel the need to have more playtime before posting it there for any one time price, I’d say ideally 5 updates would contain enough content to post to steam, and I’ll then have to update all the licensing information and such. The only issue with steam is not being able to post links (call to actions) to any of my other support methods like Patreon, without getting removed. But maybe it is worth it, I’m not familiar with it…

All my patrons get early access for a week usually then it goes public. My updates will always go public pretty quickly compared to many.

not counting animations! Lol but reality is between writing and everything combined it does take about 2-3 months sometimes including personal life stuff sadly. Wish I could be quicker and it’s my goal.
